Is your oral health on track?
You can protect yourself from common oral health issues like tooth decay, cavities and gum disease by following a regular preventative care routine.
Regular check-ups are an important step in helping to prevent these issues. They allow us to monitor your oral health and dental condition, and to detect and treat decays in their early stages. If left untreated, tooth decay can result in more extensive treatment, which can be uncomfortable and expensive.
We recommend scheduling your check ups twice a year, to support your at home oral hygiene.
Routine check ups and cleaning allow us to:
-
identify and treat small dental issues during their earliest stages
-
prevent the development of issues in the first place.
ORAL HYGIENE AT HOME
By developing a good oral hygiene routine at home, you can help to protect against cavities and gum disease. We recommend that you follow these steps:
-
Brush your teeth twice a day with a soft toothbrush and a fluoride toothpaste.
-
Floss between your teeth at least once a day.
-
Rinse with mouth wash after brushing.
