Need help financing your dental treatment?

Putting off dental treatment because of the cost? There's another way to pay
It's one of the most common things we hear at the front desk: "I know I need it done, I just can't pay for it all right now."
That's understandable. A filling, a crown or a few appointments' worth of work can arrive as one bill at a time when the budget is already stretched. The trouble is that waiting rarely makes dental problems cheaper. A small filling left alone can turn into something bigger.
That's why Manning Dental has partnered with Fund My Dental, so you can spread the cost of your treatment over weekly payments with no interest.
How Fund My Dental works
Fund My Dental is an interest-free payment plan made for dental treatment. You have your treatment with us, and Fund My Dental takes care of the repayments by weekly direct debit.
There are two plans to choose from:
$39 plan | $79 plan | |
Treatment covered | Up to $1,000 | Up to $2,000 |
One-off establishment fee | $39 | $129 |
Weekly payment | Up to $39 | Up to $79 |
Interest | None | None |
The weekly payment includes a $2.50 account-keeping fee, charged only while you still have a balance. A late or missed payment may attract a $29 fee. Treatment needs to be completed within six months of signing up.
You can make extra payments or pay the plan off early at any time, with no extra fees, through your online Fund My Dental account.
Fees and plan details are as published by Fund My Dental in October 2026 and may change. Check the current terms at fundmydental.com.au before you apply.
Using it with your health fund
If you have extras cover, you can still claim. Your health fund pays its rebate first, and only the gap left over goes onto your Fund My Dental plan.
That often means the amount you're paying off is much smaller than the full treatment fee. Before you sign up, we'll give you a written estimate showing what your fund is likely to cover and what's left, so you can choose the plan that fits.
Common questions
Is there really no interest? Yes. Fund My Dental doesn't charge interest. The costs are the one-off establishment fee and the weekly account-keeping fee, both listed above.
Will everyone be approved? Not necessarily. Fund My Dental is a credit product, so every application is assessed against their eligibility criteria.
How long does it take to apply? The online application only asks for basic personal details and direct debit information, and you'll know quickly whether you've been approved.
What if my treatment costs more than $2,000? Talk to us. Your health fund rebate may bring the gap under the limit, or we can look at doing treatment in stages.
What if I have trouble keeping up with payments? Contact Fund My Dental early at hello@fundmydental.com.au. Their team can talk through your options.
Is it the right choice for me? Only you can decide that. Read Fund My Dental's terms and make sure the weekly payment fits your budget before applying. Paying upfront, or with your health fund alone, is always fine too.
