1. YOUR PERSONAL & MEDICAL HISTORY
The state of your health can have a significant effect on your dental care.
We'll ask you to complete a personal and medical history form before your first visit. Your responses will help your dentist to understand your treatment desires, any issues or concerns, and your current health.
Please return your completed form to admin@manningdental.com.au.
If you're unable to complete and return your form prior to your first visit, please arrive 15 mins early to complete this essential paperwork.
2. YOUR CHECK UP
During your dental examination, your dentist will thoroughly assess the health of your teeth and mouth:

Soft tissue assessment

Gum health (periodontal)

Jaw (temporomandibular joint)

Oral cancer screening

X-ray films (if required).
3. YOUR TREATMENT PLAN
Next, your dentist will outline a detailed and suitable treatment program. They will discuss how your treatment plan will help you to achieve:

We'll give you a good understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of the different options that might be available to you, and we encourage you to ask any questions you may have.
